This Privacy Policy for HumanWare Technologies Inc. (“HumanWare”, “we”, “us” or “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our application KeyMail (“Services”).
KeyMail is provided by HumanWare and is intended for use as is, on our specialized Assistive Technology products.

HumanWare does not collect any information or data from your use of the KeyMail application without your consent. Additionally, HumanWare is unable to collect any sensitive information or data, even with your consent.

KeyMail serves as a platform for hosting email service providers, which may collect personal information for identification purposes. Users are encouraged to consult the Privacy Policy of their respective email service providers for detailed information regarding their data collection and usage.
Application data. If you use KeyMail, it may also collect the following information if you choose to provide it with access or permission:
- Mobile Device Access. KeyMail may request access or permission to certain features from your device, including your device’s contacts and other features. If you wish to change the application’s access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
- Push Notifications. KeyMail may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Log data. In the event of an application error, your device may seek permission to transmit recent log data collected by KeyMail. This log data is anonymized and does not include any sensitive information; it will solely be used by HumanWare to identify the source of the error. Participation in sending this log report is entirely voluntary.
Google API Services Disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, , including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store your personal data on our servers, any data we store is stored internally on the device. If you wish to delete personal data from your device, you may do so in your device’s settings at any time.
