- Make sure your Victor Reader is connected to Wifi. If you’re already on wifi, go to step 3. If not, click on this link for instructions to connect to Wifi
- After you connect to Wifi, if you hear the message “3 user keys processed”, you’re done! If not, go to the next step.
- Once you are on Wifi, make sure you are in the Online bookshelves. You can switch between Online and Offline bookshelves by pressing the Online key (the round key above 2).
- Press 7 repeatedly until you hear “Software Update”.
- Press 8 once. You will hear “Check for updates now”.
- Press the Confirm Key which is the pound (#) sign. The Victor will connect to the server and should download your keys, and you should hear the message “3 user keys processed”.
